Blair is founder of a number of successful internet startups including Server1 Limited and XMedia Solutions Limited. He has built over 80 custom internet based warehousing and logistics systems for a number of high profile clients that include McDonalds, Pfizer, Nestle. He has developed some of the most advanced and secure integration technology available on the internet today.

Blair partnered with Brooke Anderson over 4 years ago and created XM Developments. With the idea to integrate modern internet based technology he developed into existing ERP, Accounting and Warehousing systems.

Brooke Anderson
Co Founder - Managing Director

Brooke has been working in sales and service for the past ten years, holding positions in varied companies including start-up software companies and Vodafone. Brooke’s last position was at DDB where he worked his way up to Account Manager for McDonald’s NZ. Whilst there he was nominated by his clients and superiors for ‘Young account executive of the year’ in the annual AdMedia awards. Brooke left DDB four years ago to take up the Director Partnership with Blair Watkins.

Jim McLean
President

After a twelve year career at IBM Canada, Jim McLean became involved with the Internet in early 1997 where he played a lead role in establishing BC Tel (now Telus) as the premier provider of Business Internet services in western Canada. After leaving Telus in 2001 Jim has worked with a number of internet oriented businesses with a particular focus on Sales, Marketing and Operations. For the past four years Jim has specialized in providing integrated eCommerce and payment solutions for users of Sage Accpac ERP.

Lance Tracey

Lance Tracey co-founded Peer1 Network in 1999. Since then he has sat as the Chairman of the Board at Peer1 and in December of 2005 took over as the President and Chief Executive Officer. Lance has long been a technology enthusiast, and has been involved in a variety of high-tech ventures throughout his career. A serial entrepreneur, Lance has co-founded Sutton Group Realty Services, Internet Direct, E-xact Transactions and Bryght.com.

Rollo Gillespie
Board Member

XM Developments
Rollo is a chartered accountant, with specialist skills in financial accounting and ERP solutions. He is a founding member and past president of the New Zealand Software Association, member of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants and has also served on the NZ Hi Tech Council.

In the mid nineties Rollo’s Company Data Group spawned a number of subsidiary companies including, Data Group Services (third party servicing), Data College (computer training), Solomon Software NZ (distributor of ERP solutions) and AdvanceRetail Technology (developer of retail POS and back office solutions). More recently Data Group has acquired a 50% interest in Complete Solutions DG (a Microsoft reseller of CRM and ERP solutions) and has sold the AdvanceRetail business to a Sydney listed company, 3Q Holdings.
