Service Level Agreement - Standard Support

The Standard Support Service Level Agreement describes the support policies for Sage eCommerce. All Sage eCommerce customers are automatically registered to receive Standard Support.


Premium Support

XM Developments also provides a premium level of support. In addition to the support levels provided with Standard Support, customers who purchase Premium Support would receive:

  • Priority escalation management for all submitted tickets
  • Priority escalation management for all new feature requests
